1. Specifications and dimensions: length: 2150mm, width: 900mm, height: 460-620mm (±50mm).
2. Product material:
(1) The overall frame of the bed frame is made of high-quality carbon steel rectangular steel pipe with a length of 30mm×width of 60mm and a thickness of 1.2mm:
(2) The bed panel is stamped and formed by high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.0mm. It has a beautiful appearance and air holes.
3. The ABS shaker has a built-in steel core and a hidden design, which can flexibly adjust the position of the patient's back and legs. The lifting screw has a smooth and durable appearance. The rocker adopts a universal coupling structure and uses a two-way over-rolling and slipping protection device, which is safe and reliable, easy to use and noiseless; and has a protective device that prevents dust accumulation;
4. The headboard and footboard are made of high-grade ABS material for one-time blow molding. The color of the headboard is optional. The locking parts are all made of steel. The symmetrical quick socket can be quickly disassembled. The board is designed for wrapping corners and anti-collision.
5. The whole bed is electrostatically sprayed after multiple surface treatments, so that it has a more perfect appearance, strong chemical corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, and the sprayed plastic materials are environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
6. ABS four leaf-shaped guardrails, pneumatic spring damping up and down, follow-up design, effectively protect the safety of patients, and can be hidden under the bed when not in use. It can be lifted up and down, and there is a pneumatic deceleration device in the process of descending, which prevents personnel from being hurt by too fast speed during the process of descending. When contracting, it is slightly higher than the bed surface, which can prevent the mattress from shifting.
7. Back tilt angle: 0-75°, leg tilt angle: 0-40°, overall lift 460-620mm can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the back panel lift is designed with double supports.
